As a Showroom Sales Executive you are the face of Electromart on the shop floor. You will guide customers through our range of televisions, refrigerators, air conditioners and small appliances, match them to the right product, and close the sale.
What you will be doing
- Welcoming customers and understanding what they actually need
- Explaining product features, warranty cover and delivery options clearly
- Meeting an agreed monthly sales target
- Keeping your section of the floor tidy, correctly priced and well stocked
- Raising invoices accurately and handing orders over to the delivery team
- Following up on quotes and keeping in touch with repeat customers
What we are looking for
- OND, HND or BSc in any discipline
- 1–3 years of retail or showroom sales experience, ideally in electronics or home appliances
- Confident spoken English and a genuinely warm manner with customers
- Comfortable working weekends and public holidays on a rota
- NYSC certificate or exemption certificate
